Salvage No Reward?

Hi I won the salvage for 1/2/2016 with 250 ropes spent. Yet I did not receive the rewards. I was rank 1st in salvage.
Usually when I win, at 11:55pm I get an email rewarding me 100 ropes and also I will have the +100 ropes reward. Can you compensat
