Improve the Success Rate of DOC Q

I Have DOC Q SS with almost 2.6k INT but From my TEST, Its seem the Success Rate is still LOW.
From my 300 Battle's test, the success rate is about 67% only.
I Hope the moderater or developer or admin can improve the successrate of DOC Q.
